  • 2006 - 2006      Carrier Transicold Hungary Kft. (Interim Financial Management)
    • our engagement included accounting and financial assistance provided in a time where the financial manager position of the company was temporarily not filled
    • tasks completed included revision and correction of the accounting records kept via a double entry bookkeeping system, reconciliations of trade debtors and creditors accounts and subledgers, other receivables and payables, fixed assets, inventories and taxes

  • 2005 - 2005      Vos Logistics Hungary Kft. (Financial Management)
    • we have assumed responsibility over all reporting, financial, fiscal, accounting, controlling and administrative matters, heading a local team of 8 employees
    • our engagement covers the operation, review and development of existing internal controls and procedures as well as the potential change of the management information system

  • 2005 - 2005      Tyco Electronics (SOX Test of Controls)
    • we were trusted to perform the test of controls related to the SOX compliance system, covering the two most important areas of the entity: financial reporting and fixed assets

  • 2004 - 2005      Trendex Holding (Trading) Rt. (Financial Management) 
    • we have assumed full and comprehensive responsibility over all reporting, financial, fiscal, accounting, controlling, IT systems and administrative matters, heading a local team of 16 employees

  • 2004 - 2004      UnitelCity Computer (Foreign Trade Consulting)
    • we were engaged to identify potential foreign suppliers for certain computer hardware products and lead the negotiations until a distribution agreement is reached

  • 2003 - 2004      MTM-SBS Television Rt. (IT Project Management)
    • our mission was to lead a project that aimed at upgrading the exisiting Access based air time sales system to an SQL based new solution

  • 2002 - 2004      CableNet Ltd. (Financial Management)
    • we have assumed responsibility over all reporting, financial, fiscal, accounting, controlling and administrative matters of this start-up business, heading a local team of 4 employees
    • our engagement covered the implementation, operation and development of appropriate internal controls and procedures, reporting templates and procedures as well as the customer care and billing, electronical banking, accounting and payroll systems

  • 2001 - 2002      Hírek Media and Internet Ltd. (Financial Management)
    • we have assumed responsibility over all reporting, financial, fiscal, accounting, controlling and administrative matters of this start-up family business, heading a local team of 2 employees
    • our engagement covered the implementation, operation and development of appropriate internal controls and procedures, reporting templates and procedures as well as the billing and electronical banking systems

  • 2001 - 2001      One Mobile GmbH (Business Planning)
    • we were responsible for the development of a business plan that served as a basis for management decision making and supported the financial, marketing, technical and other relevant assumptions related to the planed implementation of location based services

  • 2000 - 2001      Kiwwi Communications (Corporate Finance Advisory)
    • our consultant was selected as country spearhead for Hungary by this regional start-up VoIP and free internet provider
    • responsibilities covered project tracking, human resources selection and training, systems designs and implementation, facilitation of the technical rollout, obtaining the legal permissions, etc.

  • 1999 - 2000      Vivendi Telecom (SAP Project Management)
    • we were hired to head the Financial Information Systems applied by Vivendi, meaning mainly SAP R/3
    • responsibilities included the re-engineering of the SAP system originally implemented in 1997, then rollout to another 4 group companies, developing a mid term strategy for the further development and operation of SAP within the Vivendi / UTI group

  • 1998 - 1999      Vivendi Telecom (Business Planning)
    • we were member of the business development team hired by the Vivendi - Mannesmann consortia that was fighting for the third mobile telephony licenses in Hungary and the Czech Republic
    • our responsibility was the development of the comprehensive business plan, detailing all financial, marketing, HR, technical and fiscal aspects of the case

  • 1997 - 1998      Vivendi Telecom (IFRS and Consolidation)
    • as an expert of IAS and consolidation, our consultant was hired to develop adequate internal systems ensuring timely and appropriate financial reports in compliance with IFRS to financial institutions and the holding company as well as consolidated reports for the whole group

  • 1993 - 1997      KPMG (Audit)
    • we were hired as assistant accountants, responsible for various aspects of the audit fieldwork
    • as our experience was growing, we got promoted and our responsibility got higher and higher, including leading the audit of certain balance sheet areas, then being in-charge for complete audits, being held responsible for coaching, motivating, assessing other assistants, etc.
