- We were engaged by Riebeeck Associates to complement and strengthen the internal controls team of Aviva Investors in a
specialized SOX / SAS 70 related financial controls' review project carried out at the London office of JP Morgan.
- 2006 - 2008 MART Kft. - Wolseley Hungary (Financial and General Management - Hungary, Switzerland)
- We were selected as the financial and then general managers for the Hungarian operations of Wolseley plc. The subsidiary
had an annual turnover of HUF 12 billion (EUR 50 million), operated from 32 branches countywide with a head-count of 250.
Its principal business was serving the professional market with branded building materials, specialising in plumbing and heating
and dry lining.
- Key achievements during our contribution were the rebuilding of an efficient and comprehensive finance function,
securing timely and accurate reporting, implementing a best practice credit control system, implementing SAP, outsourcing
the delivery function and optimising the operating costs structure with realigned management.
- 2006 - 2006 Vishay (SOX Test of Controls - Hungary)
- We were contracted as a support for the foreign corporate internal audit function to deliver local SOX related testing
and confirmation of financial controls plus suggestions for possible improvements where necessary at an electronic components
manufacturing subsidiary.

- As a key member of the corporate finance and strategical advisory team of Arthur D Little our responsibility was the development
of a business plan that served as a basis for management decision making and supported the financial, marketing, technical and

- Our consultant was engaged by Arthur D Little as country spearhead for Hungary by a regional start-up VoIP and free internet

- 1999 - 2000 Vivendi Telecom (SAP Project Management - Hungary)
- We were trusted to head the Financial Information Systems applied by Vivendi, meaning mainly SAP R/3 and some other related
financial solutions.
- Responsibilities included the re-engineering of the SAP system originally implemented in 1997, then rollout to another
4 group companies, developing a mid term strategy for the further development and operation of SAP within the Vivendi / UTI
group
- 1998 - 1999 Vivendi Telecom (Business Planning - Czech Republic, Hungary)
- As a key member of the business development team hired by the Vivendi - Mannesmann consortia that was fighting for the
third mobile telephony licenses in Hungary and the Czech Republic our main responsibility was the development of the comprehensive
business plan, detailing all financial, marketing, HR, technical and fiscal aspects of the business model.
- 1997 - 1998 Vivendi Telecom (IFRS and Consolidation - Hungary, Netherlands)
- As an expert of IFRS and consolidation, our consultant was hired to develop adequate internal systems ensuring timely
and appropriate financial reports in compliance with IFRS to financial institutions and the Dutch holding company as well
as consolidated reports for the whole group. Responsibilities included relationship management with local and group external
auditors and advisory to top management on selected accounting, financial, legal and tax related matters.
- Involved as key user within the first time implementation of SAP R/3 for the entire group, our consultant delivered
valuable contribution to set-up the requirements, to realise the systems, test and document the solution and train the end
users.

expenditures as well as financial and treasury aspects.

- Employed as assistant accountants we were responsible for various aspects of the fieldwork of numerous international financial
audits of multinational business operating in the financial services, logistics, manufacturing, media, retail and telecom
industries.
- Responsibilities included planning, executing and reporting on numerous assurance and special purpose engagements,
including selection, supervision, coaching, motivation and evaluation of a staff of 3 to 5 members, preparation of financial
reports in accordance with US and UK GAAP, IFRS or Hungarian Statutory Rules.
- Further specific skills developed and applied included: financial consolidation, IT and general business risk audit,
review and assessment of contingency and disaster recovery plans, review, assessment and suggestions for improvements on systems
of internal control.
